1. Can I look at the card (s) before placing the final order?

Yes. You can place an order for samples. Please click on 'Order Samples' on the homepage and follow the instructions. Cost of samples, excluding shipping, is 100% adjustable in the final order with an order of 100 or more cards as per following:

• 50% cost of samples with an order of 100 cards

• 75% cost of samples with an order of 150 cards

• 100% cost of samples with an order of 200 cards.

If you have decided on the card, but just want to have a look at it, you can order only one sample. Its cost, excluding shipping charges, will be 100% adjustable in the final order.
 

2. Are printing services provided by the site?

Yes. We provide all types of printing services in English, Hindi, Gujarati etc, Including offset, silkscreen and leaf printing. We have gathered the choicest Selection of cards from suppliers in different parts of India. The printing services Provided are professional and customized to suit your needs.

Standard charges are Rs. 30.00 per card for a minimum of 100 cards, and for Each set of 50 cards thereafter.
 

4. How do I send the words, symbols (Ganesh, Swastika, Om etc.) and the font of my choice for printing on the card? What is the procedure for proofs?

Click on 'Design Ideas' and then selectively click on 'text or program layout', 'Symbols' and 'fonts' from the drop down menus on the home Homepage. Choose the text layout of your choice, change the names, dates, Address, and your choice of any symbol(s) etc. Add the nformation about your choice of font, the symbol etc. Save it as a Word document (.doc) and upload this file on the billing and shipping information page while placing the order. You can also send it to us as an email attachment. Upon receipt of this information, we will prepare the proof and e-mail it to you within 24-48 hours. You will be then be required to read through the proof, suggest any changes and e-mail it back to us. These changes, if any, will be incorporated and a final proof will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will then be required to approve the proof, and give us your final consent for printing. Printing will not begin till we have received a final approved proof and instructions from you.

After receipt of the final proof from you, your order would be shipped to you within 3-4 days. After that, it should take another 3-4 days for your order to reach your destination.
 

5. How are cards sent out?

Your printed order is sent out through one of the couriers, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. These couriers are internationally known for their service and Reliability.
 

6. Where are you located?

We have two offices, one in New Delhi, India and the other in Winnipeg, Canada.Our office in Canada caters to customers in North America and Europe, and our Office in New Delhi caters to customers in India and the rest of the world. This is being done to save on shipping costs, wherever possible. Depending on Which card is selected, your order could be processed and shipped from India or Canada.

8. How can I choose add on cards like RSVP and Thank You cards etc?

On the check out page, check the appropriate box for any add on cards. You can Choose the text and any symbols from our site. Type the text you want printed, Along with any symbol(s) you like to see included, save as a word document (.doc), and upload this file on the billing and shipping page.
 

9. What are the printing charges?

Printing charges are Rs. 30 per card for the first 100 cards, and in multiples of 50 Thereafter.
 

10. How much time does it take for the complete procedure, from start to finish?

Under normal circumstances, anywhere between 8 - 12 days. This includes 3-5 Days for samples to reach, 2-3 days for proof processing, 3-4 days for printing, And another 3-5 days for shipping and the order to reach your doorsteps.
 

11. Can I track the delivery status online?

Yes. As soon as we ship your order, we provide you with the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your order online.
